Nowadays, the Cloud is everywhere. For most users, this technology is assimilated to some sort of a digital extension of their technology-related hardware. If from a technical standpoint the Cloud is not a revolution but a mere evolution of online services, the Cloud nonetheless changes the relationship between us, as users, our computer equipment, our data and our Internet Service Provider (ISP).

SECURITYMADEIN.LU is the main online source for cyber security in Luxembourg. Its goal is to provide news, relevant information as well as a toolbox with useful cyber security solutions for private users, organisations and the ICT community.

SECURITYMADEIN.LU is an initiative of “security made in Lëtzebuerg” (SMILE) g.i.e. launched in February 2015 and centralises, on this online portal, all news and other valuable material from its three fields of activity:

Ce 8 juin 2015,  la secrétaire d’État à l’Économie Francine Closener a lancée officiellement la nouvelle campagne de promotion de la cyber sécurité de Securitymadein.lu. Les 3 objectifs de SECURITYMADEIN.LU sont :

- coordonner les initiatives gouvernementales CASES (promotion de la sécurité de l’information dans les entreprises), CIRCL (les services de coordination et d’action post-incidents) et de soutenir les actions de sensibilisation du grand public dans le cadre de BEE SECURE; 

- promouvoir l’ensemble de la communauté de la sécurité de l’information ; 

- développer un écosystème de la cyber sécurité qui renforcera la visibilité des acteurs et des services en sécurité de l’information luxembourgeois.
