I have given courses to adult people for 10 years and I used Group-Working, Group-Learning for ICT-Courses! The learners who had the BEST knowledge helped the others and an exchange of knowledge was made, so the whole group's knowledge became BETTER and ALL had big fun while learning! I observed it while being the coach where I intervened ONLY when I saw the opportunity to do so and/or when there was something new to teach... 96% success, who can do better ;)
