Meaningful learning last the longest. Learning applied to solving real life problems makes learning meaningful.....that is after all why we teach and why we want to learn. Education is not just about getting a job nor is it only about doing something because it's on the next page or a test. That is a reality is hard for both student and teacher to remember.
