Skills such as inquiry, critical thinking, and collaborative problem solving equip students with the tools they need to succeed in college and the workforce. Tools that set the foundation for lifelong learning. In order to move to a competency-based system, we should take advantage of the opportunity to model that approach for those at the head of the classroom: teachers."

For me, the topic of this article is very important since in order to get our students to think critically and achieve each of the levels of thinking, as teachers, we need to learn how to think critically first; we need to embrace this ability so we can reflect it to your students.
