Coronavirus = anxiety & isolation. Great article in MIT Review on how technology, like Zoom and Facetime, can be great to maintain a social connection, but also mean learning how to know your limits and set personal boundaries. Not everyone faces the same challenges right now and people have very different needs for socialization. Frequent zoom check-ins are energizing for some but exhausting for others. It's OK (and important) to figure out what works best for you and set limits that support your sense of wellbeing while managing stress.
