In this post, we are going to learn how to import Excel to Power BI Desktop. Power BI supports a wide range of data sources like SQL Server, Excel, Oracle, Sybase, Teradata, etc. I’m using Employee Excel as a source of data. First, open Power BI Desktop and click on Get Data button present on the top pane. You should see a new browser with a list of the entire supported data source. From there, select Excel and click Connect. This opens the windows file browser.
